Refunds

As we sell digital products in our shop, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is made. At no point will a refund be given for an item that has already been purchased or consumed. Returns

Because we sell digital products, we do not have physical products to return. Therefore, we do not accept returns made for digital products, as ownership of the item cannot be revoked. By using our services, you agree to waive your right to return digital products purchased through our shop.

Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, there is an issue with your digital product, please contact us within five business days of your purchase for assistance. We’re human and mistakes happen from time to time. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, let us know, and we will work very hard to resolve the issue.
