What teams usually want to know.
What can a monthly partnership support?
Your partnership can cover graphic design, packaging design, presentations, website updates, campaign materials, and branded templates. You can add new requests and adjust priorities as your needs change. Book a call to see how we can support you.
What is an active project?
An active project is one project currently being worked on. It could be a report, presentation, landing page, campaign, or a set of graphics belonging to one project. When it is approved and finalized, the next project begins.
How are priorities and timing managed?
Your requests are kept in a shared list and ordered by priority. Before work begins, we agree on what is needed and when you can expect it. If priorities change, the list and timeline can be adjusted.
How fast is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request. Most standard design projects are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. More complex projects like branding, reports, websites, and course development are broken up into phases and milestones.
Can I swap plans when the workload changes?
Yes! You can swap your plan when the workflow changes. If you experience a spike in your team's workload, you can upgrade your plan or even downgrade when you anticipate a slower season.
